  • Who can be a light entrepreneur?
    Any person over the age of 14 can act as a small business owner, regardless of industry.
  • How do I start using the service?
    Registering for the service is easy and fast. Click on "Register". Enter your first and last name and your email address in the field. You will receive a confirmation message and a link to fill in your information. Fill in the fields carefully. After registration, you can log in to the site. You can add the tax card to the page itself by clicking on your own e-mail in the upper right corner. After that, everything is ready and you can start invoicing!
  • Is the service free to use?
    Registration for the service is completely free and does not obligate you to anything. You can also cancel your membership at any time. We only charge a 5% service fee and a 2% Euro security fee when the salary is paid.
  • What is the age limit for using the service?
    The person involved in the service must be at least 14 years old. If you are under 18 years old, we also need the written consent of your guardian to use the service. Anyone over the age of 18 can register for our service.
  • I forgot my password, what do I do?
    You can order a new password if needed under "log in" and by clicking on "I forgot my password". We will send you a link and instructions for resetting your password by email.
  • My invoice won't go forward but was saved as incomplete, what should I do?
    In such situations, usually one of the invoice recipient's information is incorrect. Open the invoice from the unfinished and check the information one more time.
  • The customer has said that he has already paid the invoice, but I don't see the money in my account and the invoice appears open on Eurocounter's website, why?
    The money moves during the same day if the invoice is confirmed before 14:00 Finnish time. We forward the payment as soon as we have received the customer's payment.
  • I sent the invoice with wrong information, can the invoice be modified afterwards?
    An invoice that has already been sent cannot be edited afterwards. Contact Eurocounter's customer service.
  • I forgot to add the travel invoice to the created invoice and already forwarded it, what do I do?
    Contact customer service, the travel invoice can be added to the invoice later.
  • When will the payment arrive in my account?
    You will receive the payment in your account after the customer has paid the invoice to Eurocountor and we have processed the payment. Please note the bank delay upon arrival of the payment. The money is transferred to the recipients mostly on the same day, if the payment is confirmed before 14:00 Finnish time. We forward the payment as soon as we have received the customer's payment. Money moves between banks only on bank days. Payments made at the weekend or on weekdays are not forwarded until the next banking day.
  • Do the debts of the foreclosure affect the invoicing?
    If you have debts in foreclosure, we will withhold 1/3 of your net income until the foreclosure in accordance with the instructions of the Foreclosure authorities. We do not charge the debtor a protection share, because invoicing in our service is indefinite. If you have any questions about salary payment related to garnishment, please contact our customer service.
  • What do I do when payment for an invoice I made is late?
    If you notice that you have not received the payment by the due date, please check that all the information on the invoice is correct. If we do not receive payment from the customer by the due date, we will send a reminder invoice 5 days after the due date. The reminder invoice is forwarded either to the customer's e-mail or to the e-invoice address.
  • What does the billing amount consist of?
    The billing amount consists of several different factors. So please note that you will not receive the entire billing amount for yourself. When evaluating a suitable billing amount, remember to take the following fees into account: · Value added tax · service fee · EURO insurance payment · Health insurance premium in applicable cases · Withholding according to your tax card In a traditional salary relationship, the employer accounts for the employer's expenses to the right parties, but when you operate as a small business owner, takes care of the settlement of the side costs of the salary, such as health insurance premiums and taxes, on behalf of you and your client.
  • When do you have to take out YEL insurance?
    The obligations of a small business owner include the payment of YEL insurance premiums, i.e. employment pension insurance premiums. The first YEL payment must be made when the conditions below are met: you are 18-69 years old you work as an entrepreneur or small business owner your activity has continued for at least four months The value of your work income, i.e. your work input, is at least 8,575.45 per year That is, only after all these conditions have been met, the YEL insurance premium must be paid for the first time, which can be conveniently handled online.
